The Digital Skills for Digital Jobs Programme is an initiative aimed at equipping individuals with the essential skills required to thrive in the digital age. In collaboration with MTN, the University of the Free State Business School, and the Moses Kotane Institute; the EBL Institute of Business and Technology, through this programme; offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to empower students with the knowledge and expertise necessary to succeed in today's rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Throughout the programme, students delve into a wide range of topics, including but not limited to the 4th Industrial Revolution, data analytics, digital marketing, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and more. MTN Skills Academy is an online learning platform created by MTN Group, a telecommunications company. The platform aims to provide users with access to various educational resources and courses to develop their skills in different areas, including digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and career development.
The program offers a wide range of courses, from basic computer skills to more advanced topics like data analytics and software development. Users can access the platform through their smartphones or computers, making learning convenient and accessible. MTN Skills Academy aims to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in today's digital world.
